Repeat Prescriptions

Nice_blue_pillsWe ask you to only order medicine when needed, check how many days’ medicine you have before ordering a new prescription.  Please aim to order when you have 5 - 7 days of medicines left. This  is important because your GP requires at least 2 working days to provide the prescription and your pharmacy will need 3-5 days after receiving the prescription to order and assemble it for collection.

We operate a yearly review of repeat prescriptions.  If the doctor considers your prescription may need some amendment, we will write to you inviting you to make an appointment to discuss this.

Patients can also request repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

Channel View, Teignmouth:

Tick the appropriate box(s) on the right-hand-side of your previous repeat prescription, or complete a Repeat Prescription form (available from reception).  Please post in the “Repeat Prescription” box in reception, put through the letter box out of hours, or send by post.
